On December 12, 2006 The European Parliament issued Directive 2006/122/EC amending Council Directive 79/769/EEC regarding restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations (perfluorooctane sulfonates).

The dangerous substances noted in this directive are not used in the processing of our products nor are they contained therein. Therefore, all products produced by OMEGA SHIELDING PRODUCTS Inc. are in compliance with this Directive.
